By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital products, templates, components, or assets (collectively, the "Products") offered on this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

License Grant & Permitted Use
Upon a valid purchase of any Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable license to use the purchased asset.
Full Customization Rights: You have complete freedom to modify, alter, customize, and edit the structural files of the Products. This includes, but is not limited to, changing layouts, visual architecture, fonts, color palettes, copywriting, and media assets to fit your personal or business needs.
End-Use: You may use the Products to build, design, and launch live websites for yourself, your business, or for a single client project per purchase.
2. Prohibited Uses & Restrictions
While you have full flexibility over the customized end-product for your live workflows, the underlying source files remain legally protected.
No Reselling or Sublicensing: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, or sharing the raw, editable files, source code, transfer links, or remix links of any Product to any third party as a standalone asset, template, or kit.
No Competitive Distribution: You cannot use our Products, modified or unmodified, to sell them on competitive digital marketplaces, asset stores, or stock platforms.
3. Subscription, Billing, and Currency
Due to the digital and intangible nature of our digital goods, access to the downloadable or transferable files is granted immediately upon purchase. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund once the Product files have been accessed, downloaded, or cloned into your account.
4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All Products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Products will meet all your specific business requirements, or that their operation on third-party platforms (such as Framer) will be permanently uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our assets.
5. Support Scope
I provide customer support exclusively for native bugs, broken components, or structural alignment issues inherent to the original, unmodified version of our Products. Our support does not cover custom design requests, custom coding, or troubleshooting external service integrations.
However, I do offer bespoke design and implementation services for an additional fee. Should you require custom modifications, full-site setup, or personalized branding adjustments, please contact me at arleyrof@gmail.com to discuss your project requirements and receive a custom quote. Such services are governed by a separate service agreement.
